Functional Illiterate

We all know that an illiterate is a person who can't read and write. However, in the global world, we might be still illiterate if we can't keep ourselves up-to-date. For example, unable to use computer is sort of illiterate in this day and age, which is called "functional illiterate." I consider myself a computer idiot since I was born long before the Internet age. Now, I am trying to catch up with this boundless world by learning how to use blogs, smart phones, tablet computers, etc.
